March Recap

I think everyone is up for it, not just us as players, but the fans as well. I think, and I hope, the atmosphere will be electric because that's what we need."

Some of people commenting that they've failed to win the league 2 years ago and your excuse was that saliba was injured.

You failed the following season and blames Son for "deliberately" missing to score against city.

You lost again and blamed 115 charges.

Now you're saying the reason you won't win is because Liverpool have been lucky with no injuries and the referee failed to send off vvd against spurs. And that Liverpool ....

When will you accept that you've been losing because you're not good enough?

He right, this season we lacked character and hunger of winning most important games and from my side of view,we the arsenal fans wanted the glory much more than those who are responsible to take us there because imagine man fans called for a striker, the fans called for nwaneri to replace odegard when he was injured and that didn't happen, and still the same fans called for veira and marquinos to be recalled from their loans respectively and that didn't happen, so this means that the goal of those responsible to us back to glory days doesn't match with us the fans.

But Arteta has proven today that he is not the man to take Arsenal to the next level. Poor sqaud management, tactics, and team selection. Have no clue how manage a team thru a season even if they buy top players next season, he will still fail! Title over, season over on to the next season! 😭😂

3 days ago you said Liverpool wasn't great in their game against Everton and they were luck to win despite the them having 74% possession and so many shots and chances created. So have you done yourselves today? You were far less than the stats of Liverpool. Matter of fact you don't know how is feels like to beat Everton this season.

Even they said it's dirty scraping the pen spot..

Embarrassing, never seen an LFC player do that. So bad sportsmanship!

But but but Liverpool will lose to Everton, Chelsea, Fulham and tottenham and we will win our matches,  close the gap, then go to anfield and win Liverpool and become Epl champions

What a ridiculous comment from Robbie!.

You guys are the reason these criminals cheat arsenal every week.

They know very well that there are mercenaries at AFTV who, instead of calling out those dubious officiating decisions will rather turn their rabid teeth on the manager and his players and subject them to abuse.

How on earth do you justify this dubious penalty?Where is the foul in that coming together?Similar stupid penalty was given against us for clash of heads against Brighton.

Liverpool is compensated for not sending off tarkowski with an offside goal because the PGMOL recognizes the unity the Liverpool fans and legends behind the team's project.

Hard luck.. Tarvkowski no red card against Ljverpool, Mac Alister played 90 minutes, Reds bagged 3 points, and Tarvkowsky stopped Arsenal ftom getting 3 points at Godson, No Red card abd in the end advantage Liverpool..

Roll on the end of the season. It’s an absolute slog now and this team needs freshening up. 14 points lost from winning positions , too many draws, stagnant play. It’s not been good enough even without the injuries. All these Liverpool muppets your season was this one but just like before you won’t be even in the top 4 next season defo the last bit of success for you and that aged squad we have a young side already in touching distance. Just like any fan id back my team and say it’s not a matter of if but when with a good summer we can go again and be better every failure is a lesson not a loss.

There was a touching moment before kickoff as Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta embraced the man he calls his "football father" David Moyes, who had given the former midfielder his introduction to the English game when the Spaniard spent almost seven years at Everton.

It was a scrappy contest for the most part with neither side able to be at their best, but Arsenal had the better chances and will be disappointed they could not force a second goal.

For Everton it was another point towards safety in the fourth-last game at their famous old stadium before moving to a new home next season.

But it was also a 14th draw of the campaign, more than any other side has managed, including Arsenal, who are now joint second on that list with 11.

"It is a great point," Ndiaye said. "We were not good enough in the first half, but we were able to turn things around and everyone came more into it."

Trossard's goal lit up a tepid opening period devoid of chances, as Arsenal profited from one of the many times Everton gave the ball away cheaply.

But Arsenal switched off early in the second half and twice Everton caught them with long diagonal balls, with teenager Lewis-Skelly caught the wrong side in the second of those, bringing Harrison to the floor.

Arsenal had two free kicks in excellent positions, but Bukayo Saka hit the wall and Declan Rice saw his powerful effort beaten away by Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, who also made a superb stop from Gabriel Martinelli's rasping drive.

It could be a big week for Jakub Kiwior who Arteta has sincerely backed to fill in alongside a number of other players he says now need to step up. The business end of the season is here and the Gunners could be in far better shape than they are but it is a scenario they have fought through all throughout the campaign.

Following the return of Bukayo Saka, there has been a real buzz around the club again, although it was somewhat stifled by the injury suffered by Gabriel Magalhaes. Mikel Arteta will here highlight a potential hint for his plan to deal with the Brazilian’s absence

We as the fans we have a lot of respect for Arteta as my coach, but what he said to me today after I gave away that penalty has really made me question my future. No player in the world would accept the words he used today. I’m honestly feeling quite upset,” Lewis Skelly disclosed following his error that resulted in a penalty.
